Your first visit will begin with an in depth health history and assessment of your condition and an initial treatment. This may take up to 1 and 1/2 hours. You will be asked to fill out some paperwork (which can be found on this page).

During the assessment Linda may ask you about your emotional health, sleeping patterns, and eating habits. Linda will then conduct a tongue and pulse diagnosis which provide her with a great deal of information about your body that will help guide the treatment process.

Linda will utilize one of the many alternative medicine techniques to give you the best treatment possible. Most of the time this does include acupuncture needling technique. Her technique is very gentle and she will work closely with you to help insure that you are as comfortable as possible. If needling is intolerable please don't let this discourage you from acupuncture; Linda can give you alternative treatments that will still help with your condition.
